For more than 13 years, I’ve helped buyers and sellers navigate real estate on and around Lake Guntersville. I specialize in waterfront, lake-access, and lake-view properties throughout Guntersville, Scottsboro, Langston, South Sauty, and Grant.
Lake property is different from typical real estate. Shoreline, water depth, boathouses, TVA regulations, lake access, and even the part of the lake you’re on can make a major difference. My experience comes from years of working with these properties—and spending plenty of time on the lake myself.
Whether you’re looking for a weekend place, a full-time lake home, an investment property, or you’re ready to sell, I’d be glad to help.

For me, Lake Guntersville isn’t just where I sell real estate—it’s home.
I’m a husband and father of two, and my family and I are part of the community here. When I’m not helping someone buy or sell a property, there’s a good chance I’m somewhere around the lake, spending time with my family, involved in local activities, or playing music.
I’m also a singer and songwriter and regularly perform acoustic music around the Lake Guntersville area. You may have seen me playing at local restaurants, venues, and events. Music has given me another way to connect with people throughout the community and be part of what makes this area such a great place to live.
Community involvement is important to me as well. I’ve served in leadership with my neighborhood association at Gunter’s Landing, giving me firsthand experience with the things property owners care about—from community upkeep and property values to neighborhood improvements and the day-to-day realities of living in a lake community.
After more than 13 years working in Lake Guntersville real estate, I’ve come to know this area as more than a collection of listings and neighborhoods. I know the different sides of the lake, the communities, the back roads, the waterfront and water-access areas, and the lifestyles that draw people here.
Whether you’re looking for a full-time home, a weekend place, waterfront property, or an investment, I want to be a resource you can rely on—not just for real estate, but for local, firsthand knowledge of the area.
